This is new and exciting opportunity to build and shape the ESG data analytics for the entire Notino Group. You will play key role in designing, collecting, analysing and transforming data into meaningful insights that underpins Notino’s sustainability strategy and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
● Notino’s Non-Financial Reporting Framework
○ Translate Notino’s concept of double materiality into The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) sustainability disclosures
○ Design the non-financial reporting structure according to the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS)
● Data Collection
○ Identify and gather data from diverse internal sources, including Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics, Procurement, Facility Management, Human Resources etc.
○ Develop and implement robust processes for data collection, validation, and management to ensure accuracy, completeness, and auditability
○ Serve as the central point of contact for all ESG-related data inquiries
● Reporting & Compliance
○ Prepare and consolidate data for external non-financial reports in compliance with regulations
○ Align with external auditor, ensure the completeness and accuracy of reported data
○ Lead the preparation of Notino's first annual Sustainability Report and disclosures, establish procedures for following year’s reporting
○ Lead the communication and collaboration with external auditors as regards to the Non-Financial Reporting
● Analysis & Insights
○ Automate the calculation of key performance indicators (KPIs) as designed in the Notino’s framework
○ Create and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations to track performance against ESG goals for internal stakeholders
○ Analyse ESG data to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities across the business, translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights
○ Support individual departments in understanding their ESG impact and identifying opportunities for improvement
Qualifications & Skills
● Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Finance, or a related field
● 5+ years of experience in a data analysis role, experience with ESG, sustainability, or non-financial reporting is a significant advantage
● Strong proficiency in data analysis and analysis tools
● Experience with data visualization tools
● Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
● Proactive, self-starting individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
● Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments
● As we are an international company, advanced English is required, together with fluency in Czech or Slovak
