The Commercial Operations Director is a strategic partner to the CCO who drives performance, alignment, and accountability across all customer-facing teams. The role focuses on setting up and managing the commercial performance framework, ensuring clear KPIs, strong reporting, and data-driven execution.

What will you do:

  • Own commercial performance, KPIs, and forecasting across customer-facing teams (Seven Global Markets)
  • Partner with regional leaders to drive targets, performance, and alignment globally
  • Oversee reporting, pipeline health, and translate data into actionable insights
  • Align Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Delivery to ensure execution
  • Lead cross-functional projects and drive operational improvements
  • Monitor delivery, revenue realization, and customer outcomes
  • Improve commercial processes, CRM discipline, and scalability
  • Support the CCO with strategy, planning, and executive reporting
  • The role has the potential to evolve into a small team leadership position (1–3 people)

Who are we looking for?

  • 3+ years in commercial/revenue operations, strategy, or similar roles

  • Strong understanding of key KPIs (pipeline, conversion, ARR/MRR, churn, forecasting)
  • Proven ability to drive performance through data and reporting
  • Experience working with Sales in a fast-growing tech/SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on with CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and BI tools
  • Confident in leading discussions with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Structured, execution-focused, and comfortable in dynamic environments
