- Previous IT administration and/or system administration experience.
- Solid understanding of IT security fundamentals.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Czech.
- Ability to balance both operational work and planned work.
- Strong both as a "starter" and "finisher" of initiatives.
Nice to have 🔝
- Experience in game development studios or other creative environments.
- Experience with identity and endpoint management platforms.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 / security audits.
- ITIL knowledge (pragmatic, not dogmatic).
- Experience managing external IT vendors or service providers.
- Interest in AI-enabled tooling and pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is a plus
What We Offer: 🚀
- Work on high-profile AAA and AA game projects.

- Collaboration with senior engineering, DevOps, and production leadership.
- Flexible working hours and hybrid work options.
- Generous leave policy with no hard limits.
- A supportive, mature company culture that values collaboration, ownership, and pragmatic creativity.
- Opportunity to help shape the next phase of our infrastructure, including AI-ready pipelines.
