You’ll join the Whalebone Marketing team, supporting the company's international growth by ensuring content operations run smoothly and reliably across regions.
As a Content Operations Specialist, you’ll own execution and coordination across content creation workflows, managing external agencies and freelancers, coordinating ABM and localization efforts, and acting as a dependable operational partner for Content, Sales, Customer Success, and regional stakeholders from brief to delivery and beyond.

Responsibilities
- Create customized content and reports for customers and commercial deals
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, and production partners from briefing to delivery
- Coordinate ABM content production with internal teams and external partners to ensure commercial alignment
- Own and manage localization workflows across regions
- Perform routine website updates in HubSpot and collaborate with external web agencies on complex tasks
- Support copywriting and content development across formats, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment
- Collaborate with Content, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and regional teams to align content with customer and market needs
- Support video production, including vendor coordination and basic in-house edits
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in content operations, content production, copywriting, or a related role
- Fluency in English with strong control of grammar, tone, and written clarity
- Strong organizational and process management skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and confidence in working with multiple stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset to support decisions
Nice to have
- Experience working with localization tools or multilingual content workflows
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation and review
- Basic video editing skills for subtitles and simple structural edits
- Understanding of SEO and AI discovery optimization principles
- Interest in experimenting with new content formats and platforms
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as HubSpot for routine content updates
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
