About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced producer  to join our Production Team to take ownership, slot into our workflow quickly, and drive a feature area with confidence on a newly acquired AAA project. You'll be collaborating with one of the biggest game studios and publishers. You will become one of our POD  leaders (cross-disciplinary team, taking care of a major part of our game), ensuring a smooth process of creating a piece of the game you will be responsible and accountable for.

What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of a feature area and the cross-disciplinary team working on it
  • Plan Feature work with respect and alignment of other Features
  • Be point of contact for anything related to your Features, you will be expected to have deep overview of your Features, and high level overview of the full game
  • Contributing to the general roadmap across all Features and departments (setting deliverables and expectations)
  • Use tracking tools to forecast sprints and milestone completion.
  • Facilitate clear communication and information flow to all stakeholders
  • Identify process gaps, resolve issues, and work proactively to prevent future blockers.
  • Ensure the game or feature is fun
  • Regularly report progress and updates to stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • A passion for games and the gaming industry.
  • Strong experience as a Producer or Senior Producer in game development with track record of driving features or projects through full development cycles (AAA experience highly valued)
  • Someone who is self-directed, dependable, comfortable and reliable operating with autonomy.
  • Shipping game projects from start to finish is a  plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Solid project management abilities – a people-first approach, time management, and task prioritization.
  • Familiarity with project management tools - JIRA, CONFLUENCE
  • Flexibility to accommodate time zone differences
  • English proficiency is a MUST (B2 minimum) – for clear communication with our clients. Czech is not required.
